This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Work in collaboration with the designated Sales Representative to create secure platform solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls and provide education to customers.
• Engage in strategizing future services or capabilities that customers may need within your account portfolio.
• Assist customers with issue resolution by working with TAC and other technical resources.
• Establish and nurture technical business relationships with key customers and partners.
• Deliver presentations at events, seminars, and customer and partner meetings.
• Significant experience in pre-sales designing and proposing secure platform solutions.
• Practical experience in architectural administration, offering designs in both simulated and production environments.
• Expertise in building technical security solutions, demonstrating their feasibility and providing technological justifications.
• Capability to design comprehensive network, cloud, and security solutions that include robust technical roadmaps.
• Proficient knowledge in Secure Networking, Secure Wireless, Private/Public Cloud, SD WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, AI, Automation, Sec Ops, Operational Technology, Forensics, and Incident Response.
• Strong understanding of common networking protocols, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, IP Routing (BGP, OSPF), and VXLAN.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
