This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in initial scoping discussions with clients to comprehend their business challenges, technical specifications, and expected outcomes.
• Explore and verify client needs through thorough conversations and discovery sessions.
• Record the client's current infrastructure, applications, and operational workflows to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective managed services solutions that are customized to meet client requirements.
• Design and present persuasive solution presentations and proposals that effectively convey value, technical strategy, and advantages.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, the Projects department, and Support teams to guarantee that proposed solutions are practical and in line with organizational capabilities.
• Research and familiarize yourself with emerging technologies, while consulting with internal decision-makers to enhance the company’s offerings and services.
• Over 5 years of technical support experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong understanding of desktop and server operating systems.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and design, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Extensive experience in designing cloud solutions such as O365, Azure, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices in service management.
• Experience with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools, with Datto RMM being a plus.
• Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) is a plus.
• High School Diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
