This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead and implement global program designs, standards, and training tools that align with ministry goals.
• Enable National Offices to deliver comprehensive development support to caregivers, children, and youth.
• Collaborate with Regional staff and stakeholders to facilitate program implementation assistance and learning strategies.
• Provide consultation to National Offices regarding Compassion's theory of change and outcomes framework.
• Aid in the design and development of global program models, encompassing theory, standards, activities, tools, resources, and indicators.
• Work in partnership with National Office staff and stakeholders while offering subject matter expertise.
• Support program data initiatives and counsel on utilizing high-quality data to evaluate global program inputs, outputs, and outcomes.
• Mentor Regional staff on measurement application and interpretation.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the creation, collection, and utilization of metrics.
• Conduct specialized training and initiatives while providing consultation on industry standards, national policies, and best practices.
• Assess global program process challenges and determine activities to address them, including requirements definition, process review, impact assessment, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Prepare presentations, future-state maps, success metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses.
• Engage in the creation of new processes.
• Define metrics and generate reports to track the success of program development and implementation.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver expertise and coaching to program support and partnership personnel in Regional and National Offices.
• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Diligently upholds Compassion's ministry in prayer.
• Advocates for the needs of children and understands the imperative to protect them.

• Reports any concerns related to child abuse, neglect, or exploitation through Compassion's internal reporting mechanism.
• Possesses competent knowledge in a relevant specialty.
• Capable of working independently on moderately to highly complex issues.
• Ability to coach and/or supervise other specialists.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional, Regional, and National Office teams.
• Familiar with program design, standards, training tools, implementation support, and learning strategies.
• Expertise in program data, metrics, measurement, reporting, and interpretation.
• Proficient in analyzing processes, defining requirements, assessing impacts, and streamlining operations.
• Capable of preparing presentations, future-state maps, success metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses.
