This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with the sales and services team to collect requirements for both direct and partner sales.

• Offer pre-sales assistance, sharing industry insights as well as Crawford’s solutions and offerings.

• Document the requirements for solutions along with necessary components and services.

• Demonstrate products and solutions, whether onsite or through online presentation tools.

• Collaborate with sales personnel to identify key value points and effectively communicate the value of the solution.

• Confidently showcase all solutions and conduct proof of concepts as needed, while working with the services team to outline proof of concept guidelines.

• Record enhancement requests from customers and clearly illustrate the value to both the customer and CrawfordTech.

• Articulate requirements and the overall solution effectively.

• Conduct onsite or offsite service work and training on products.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the Enterprise Software or Content Management sector, demonstrating a successful track record in selling high-value software to Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Government, and PSPs.

• Familiarity with industry print streams such as AFP, Xerox, PDF, Postscript, and PCL, along with image file types.

• Knowledge of print production facilities, including printing devices and finishing equipment requirements.

• Some understanding of various programming languages and scripting.

• Proficiency in computer operating systems like MVS ZOS, Windows, Linux, AIX, and Solaris.

• Understanding of database structures and knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

• Skills in scripting or programming languages such as Java, .NET, or C.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
