This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Collaborate closely with sales professionals to shape technical strategy and execute deals, aiming to enhance win rates.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to evaluate the customer’s environment, including risks, constraints, and objectives.
• Confirm technical compatibility, clarify scope, and assess delivery feasibility prior to finalizing pricing.
• Act as the technical expert in customer meetings to instill confidence among IT leaders.
• Assist sales representatives in addressing technical objections and security-related concerns.
• Convert discovery insights into straightforward solution recommendations.
• Contribute technical insights for proposals, scopes of work, and security documentation.
• Provide customized demonstrations of IT, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• In-depth understanding of: Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches), and virtualization and cloud basics.
• Proficient in delivering presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
