This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of an Acumatica Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at one of the companies within Pine Services Group's portfolio, you will spearhead pre-sales discovery, solution design, and technical qualification initiatives for both new and established clients. This strategic position involves collaborating with sales, consulting, and technology teams to develop practical Acumatica solutions, facilitate product demonstrations, assess ISV options, and contribute to shaping the optimal path for client success.
• You will act as a subject matter expert on Acumatica's functionalities, ensuring that the proposed solutions are in line with business requirements, implementation realities, industry best practices, and the evolving needs of clients.
• This role necessitates a strong combination of consultative communication, solution architecture, hands-on product expertise, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying client challenges, translating business objectives into well-structured ERP solutions, and supporting the sales process with credibility and sound judgment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Acumatica in a hands-on, client-facing, or pre-sales capacity.
• A solid understanding of Acumatica's features and their application to real-world business processes.
• Proficiency in leading discovery discussions and converting client needs into solution recommendations.
• Experience in supporting prospects or clients through requirements gathering, solution design, or ERP advisory services.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Capability to support or conduct tailored Acumatica demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in one or more operational sectors, such as distribution, manufacturing, construction, or professional services.
• Ability to balance client requirements, product compatibility, and delivery feasibility.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably within an ERP VAR or a related technology services organization.
• Experience in scoping, estimation, or implementation planning.
• Familiarity with evaluating third-party ISV solutions and integration possibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree, a technical school degree, or relevant industry certifications.
