This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver outstanding pre-sales technical support to the sales team.
• Conduct product demonstrations that effectively address customer challenges.
• Interact with potential customers throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to pinpoint upselling opportunities and identify renewal risks.
• Oversee proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
• Sustain and broaden knowledge of the technologies supported by HeadSpin.
• At least two years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
• Proficiency in iOS or Android, as well as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with open-source testing and automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, XCUiTest, Espresso/UIAutomator).
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools.
• Knowledge of essential networking components and concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A true enthusiasm for technical sales and engaging with customers.
• Driven and self-motivated individual.
