This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute strategic outreach efforts to prospective leads through social media interactions (such as direct messaging, liking posts, replying to stories, and commenting) to foster connections and spark interest.
• Identify and engage with business owners that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with efficiency, speed, and precision, always striving to create qualified opportunities.
• Facilitate the scheduling of qualified meetings for the sales team, directly aiding the progression through the sales funnel.
• Monitor notifications and interactions (likes, comments, mentions) to discover new opportunities within the ICP.
• Maintain continuous communication with activated contacts, guiding leads systematically and consistently throughout the relationship funnel.
• Regularly assess the CRM, updating lead statuses, documenting interactions, applying tags, and ensuring appropriate follow-up for every contact.
• Actively engage in internal management practices, receive lead lists, and collaborate with the commercial team to determine the most effective activation strategies.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior experience in social selling, pre-sales, or B2B prospecting.
• Exceptional written communication skills and fluency in Portuguese.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline to handle a large volume of contacts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Clint and Pipedrive.
• Proactive mindset, good contextual awareness, and the ability to tailor language for digital communication.
• Experience with organic social media engagement strategies (Desirable).
• Understanding of ICP and the ability to map opportunities through social networks (Desirable).
• Capability to analyze the sales funnel and track conversion metrics (Desirable).
