PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the PR Strategy from start to finish: Lead pitching, placements, and foster press relationships across technology, creative, and mainstream media. Seek out and implement earned media opportunities in esteemed publications such as Forbes, TechCrunch, The Verge, and more.

• Oversee Product Launch Communications: Work alongside founders and product teams to develop announcements, press releases, and brand moments that stand out.

• Develop the Creator & Influencer Program: Identify, onboard, and manage creator ambassadors on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube — cultivating long-lasting relationships that foster authentic product advocacy.

• Define ImagineArt's Public Voice: Collaborate closely with leadership to articulate and consistently convey ImagineArt's positioning within the competitive GenAI landscape.

• Track & Analyze: Monitor share of voice, media coverage, and influencer campaign effectiveness. Provide insights to the team to refine our communications strategy over time.

• Crisis & Reputation Management: Address sensitive communications promptly and clearly when necessary.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Team up with product, growth, and design departments to ensure external messaging aligns with ongoing developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing — preferably at a tech startup or an agency managing startup clients.

• Demonstrated success in securing meaningful press coverage (beyond just wire releases).

• Excellent writing skills — capable of crafting a pitch, a press release, and a caption, with each maintaining its unique voice.

• Profound understanding of the creator economy and the influence of content creators on culture.

• Experience with AI, creative tools, or consumer applications is a significant advantage.

• Established media contacts within tech or creative journalism are a considerable asset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment where both strategy and execution are your responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
