Relationship Manager, Middle III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Prospecting and managing client relationships;

• Selling banking products and services;

• Carrying out credit, trade finance, and treasury operations;

• Assisting and following up on the formalization of guarantees/collateral;

• Revenue target: groups with gross revenues ranging from BRL 50 million to BRL 500 million annually;

• Area of operation: Cascavel

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;

• Desire to cultivate a long-term career;

• Strong commercial and sales competencies;

• Solid understanding of banking products, services, and operations;

• Experience in granting and managing credit operations;

• Familiarity with trade finance, treasury operations, and BNDES pass-through financing (repasses);

• Strong capability to analyze balance sheets, financial statements, and economic indicators;

• Prior experience in banks managing a Middle Market portfolio in the region;

• University degree is mandatory; postgraduate studies are preferred;

• ANBIMA CPA-20 certification is required;

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;

• Willingness to travel.
