Examination Expert, Online Instructor – Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for conducting practical and oral competency examinations on-site, adhering to the Nursing Professions Act.

• Your role includes objectively assessing examination performances in a legally compliant manner, based on current competency areas and in line with Lingoda’s examination philosophy.

• You will lead and facilitate engaging case discussions in the virtual classroom, effectively preparing our international nursing professionals for their exams.

• Through your exceptional online teaching and precise examination skills, you will significantly contribute to the high pass rates of our participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must possess a completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in nursing education, medical education, or health sciences with a pedagogical emphasis.

• A completed nursing qualification (general nursing, geriatric nursing, or pediatric nursing) is required.

• Experience in conducting oral and/or practical examinations in clinical nursing or generalist nursing education is essential.

• A deep understanding of the generalist nursing curriculum, particularly the competency areas outlined by the Nursing Professions Act, is necessary.

• You should have native-level proficiency in German (C2+) along with excellent communication skills for virtual instruction.

• Willingness to travel within Bavaria for on-site exam days and flexibility in scheduling (ideally at least one day per week, from 08:00 to 14:30) is required.
