This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee pre-sales initiatives throughout North America, including client interactions.
• Partner with Account Executives as a subject matter expert.
• Create engaging product demonstrations.
• Deliver product presentations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to potential clients.
• Manage RFI/RFP submissions and solution design.
• Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering position, guiding technical sales processes.
• Practical experience in selling software solutions to Law Enforcement, Government, or National Security sectors.
• Solid understanding of public sector sales cycles and client expectations.
• 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales roles.
• Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with solution architectures.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Good knowledge of cloud architectures.
• Understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
