This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Initiate the first contact with potential leads (both inbound and outbound).
• Assess opportunities based on established criteria (customer profile and purchasing stage).
• Arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Document and manage information within the CRM (such as HubSpot or similar platforms).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation.
• Track performance metrics and goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset.
• Enthusiasm for sales and technology.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or pre-sales is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
