Pre-sales Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Supports sales account managers and product specialists to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Delivers technical and scientific knowledge regarding LC and LCMS to sales and customers.

• Works alongside the sales team to formulate technical sales strategies.

• Evaluates customer needs and suggests suitable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Generally, a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience is required for entry into this role.

• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese.

• Ability and willingness to travel.
