This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Assist in the management and administration of the firm's Relativity environment and related litigation support tools, which includes the creation and configuration of standardized workspaces for case teams.
• Help with the ingestion and preparation of documents for review.
• Handle and manage load files along with associated metadata.
• Develop custom views, layouts, and fields to facilitate document review workflows.
• Aid in document searching, filtering, and organization of data.
• Prepare document productions and export final deliverables.
• Conduct quality control procedures for work executed within the platform.
• Assist in troubleshooting any platform or workflow issues faced by case teams.
• Support advanced Relativity features and workflows, such as email threading and analytics tools, near-duplicate identification, conceptual analytics, and the development and refinement of search criteria and reporting, as well as security access settings.
• Employ modern technology solutions like Page Vault, X1 Social Discovery, and PageFreezer/WebPreserver to capture social media and/or website/webpage content as specified by case teams.
• Monitor and manage projects, and record time for work completed.
• Actively engage in the firm’s practice support central queue to ensure comprehensive coverage for all firm practice support requests.
• Collaborate with legal teams and Practice Support Project Managers to establish parameters on projects and provide input and feedback concerning data processing projects.
• Understand, contribute to, enhance, and promote department practices and procedures.
• Proven knowledge and experience with litigation support technologies, particularly Relativity.
• Familiarity with litigation support applications, including document databases, hosted review platforms, transcript management tools, trial presentation tools, and document production workflows.
• Strong organizational and technical skills related to document searching, review workflows, and document productions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to analyze technical issues and devise practical solutions.
• Initiative and a positive demeanor, with the ability to foresee issues and respond thoughtfully.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with attorneys, vendors, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with social media or web capture tools (e.g., Page Vault, X1 Social Discovery, WebPreserver) is a plus.
• Relativity certifications are an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
