This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage projects to ensure provider launches are advancing on the quickest possible timeline.
• Develop presentation decks and conduct quarterly business reviews for each practice, ensuring they derive maximum value from Finni.
• Collaborate with providers to comprehend their objectives for scaling their practices.
• Lead all communications with providers via Google Meet, Slack, and email, providing both proactive and reactive customer support.
• Become proficient in all aspects of Finni to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Supervise essential CX operations, which include training, help center and knowledge base content, self-service tools, software, scheduling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the co-founders to develop improved processes and tools across various functions.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs for the provider success function.
