This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Practice Director is responsible for formulating objectives and strategic initiatives to deliver company products and services to clients, aimed at maximizing revenue.
• Collaborate with Directors to implement Practice strategies across Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales, Professional Services, and IT Services.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors, partners, and outsourced resources.
• Convey team objectives and performance metrics to both the team and executive management.
• Oversee and manage strategic relationships with clients.
• Provide high-level billable consulting services to clients.
• Guarantee consistent and adequate pre-sales support.
• Mentor the team on business development strategies.
• Manage engagement bookings and revenue targets to ensure they are met.
• Design and implement new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
• Perform research on software and systems products to substantiate recommendations and aid purchasing decisions.
• Engage and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to obtain system-related products and services.
• Offer leadership and management skills that empower the Practice to achieve its defined goals and objectives in a profitable, efficient, and effective manner.
• Assess and monitor the Practice team's performance against objectives, identifying and managing necessary changes.
• Prepare and annually update the Practice Development Plan, supervising the execution of its aims and objectives.
• Enhance and optimize the revenue of the practice and its clients.
• Boost cross-sell revenue within the practice's client base by collaborating closely with other practice managers.
• A university degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent years of work experience.
• Certification in ERP products.
• Extensive knowledge of consulting, practice products, and the business dynamics of relevant clients/partners, supported by 10 years of related business experience.
• Strong business acumen regarding client business drivers.
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing.
• Competence in financial analysis, including ROI and TCO.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in pre-sales activities or account planning is advantageous.
• Proven skills in facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Capability to engage senior client management in discussions about our solutions, the client's industry, and business models.
• Must present oneself effectively in front of both internal and external customers.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative work setting.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills with the ability to cultivate and manage a strategic external industry network.
