This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams' efforts by delivering consultative services.
• Consultative services encompass the utilization of Allergan Access, financial benchmarking, operational efficiency, and other relevant practice management topics.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the customer targeting process, which includes identifying opportunities, developing strategic selling plans, and integrating consulting services and corporate initiatives.
• Act as a project manager to supervise key account initiatives through portfolio sales and contracting objectives.
• Communicate regularly with sales and management teams about activities within target accounts.
• Oversee the creation, delivery, and execution of specific practice enhancement programs tailored to account needs and objectives.
• Establish clear pre-call meeting objectives and ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
• Monitor the performance of key accounts and manage resource allocations effectively.
• Provide business management training and education for sales and management teams via best practice presentations, updates on consulting services, one-on-one communication, and account reviews.
• Identify opportunities to speak at local, regional, and/or national conferences and society meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of comprehensive and current knowledge of the aesthetic healthcare sector, including practice management and marketing.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and its implications for business decisions.
• Demonstrated financial and budget management skills, along with analytical and business planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and marketing strategies.
• Skills in contracting and negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary for close collaboration with internal teams, marketing, field sales, and external customers and vendors/consultants.
• Track record of success in achieving sales, marketing, and corporate objectives with minimal direct supervision.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven capability to independently develop, lead, and implement innovative strategies.
• High degree of adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.
