This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee numerous consulting and delivery initiatives as well as account teams/programs.
• Provide assurance in consulting and delivery across account interactions, service delivery, and practice delivery.
• Manage resource allocation, the development of deliverables, project planning and execution, contract specifics, and client interactions.
• Grasp customer business and technical needs based on the proposed solution and statement of work.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop and enhance solution designs.
• Facilitate coordination among delivery teams and internal communications for new projects.
• Aggregate delivery status and cost information across various stakeholders.
• Handle delivery escalations, risks, issues, and change management.
• Implement knowledge management and facilitate the transfer of knowledge from sales to delivery.
• Conduct analysis of projects/programs, product-line reviews, and health assessments.
• Sustain customer relationships and evaluate customer referenceability.
• Enhance practice pipeline and product-line characteristics using metrics, analysis, market fit, and technological advancements.
• Aid in the development and execution of account strategies.
• Capture and formulate reusable intellectual property and best practices.
• Oversee engagement profitability along with financial and contractual obligations.
• Identify and support potential future business opportunities.
• Mentor, manage, and develop members of the product/project teams.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide continuous feedback on employee performance.
• Communicate and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree (mandatory) — or equivalent relevant experience.
• Adequate understanding of Services Outsourcing and PMI PMBOK.
• PMP, IAOP (Outsourcing Professional), or other pertinent certifications.
• Strong conceptual and analytical abilities with creative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize and plan complex tasks in a quickly evolving environment.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional people and personnel management capabilities.
• Cloud Agnostic.
• Expert-level experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
