PR Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• You set tasks, monitor quality, and develop KPIs that truly work.

• From developing a booth concept that attracts crowds to selecting merchandise that people want to wear, not discard.

• You already have a "warm base" of media partners and contractors, or you make connections faster than a Facebook account gets approved.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have been in arbitration (Affiliate Marketing) for over 2 years as a PR manager.

• You possess experience in team management (even if it was a duo of a designer and a copywriter).

• You can transform abstract ideas into clear strategies and reports.

• You have previously created booths and events where every corner is an Instagram point.

• Most importantly: You will come in and say, “Look, I have an idea on how to boost our HR brand, and here’s how we will implement it.”
