PR / External Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Implement PR and external communication strategies to enhance product reputation and brand visibility.

• Conceptualize, create, and execute engaging PR campaigns aimed at going viral.

• Oversee the online reputation management of key products, which includes managing paid placements, SERM initiatives, and monitoring branded search queries.

• Write and refine PR documents, articles, SEO-focused content, thought leadership publications, and communications for executives.

• Supervise the creation and dissemination of user reviews.

• Coordinate and manage external vendors, PR agencies, and freelance contractors effectively.

• Enhance the public persona of C-level executives through content creation, media opportunity facilitation, and support for external communications.

• Assist with event planning, preparation, and communication activities as required.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, SEO, Legal, and other internal teams on reputation management and communication projects.

• Participate in crisis communication efforts and reputation management initiatives as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in PR, External Communications, Corporate Communications, or Reputation Management.

• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.

• Familiarity with SERM and best practices in online reputation management.

• Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to produce SEO-oriented content.

• Basic knowledge of crisis and issues communications; prior experience is advantageous.
