This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Formulate and implement strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product introductions, feature enhancements, and significant initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Partner with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that effectively address user requirements and fulfill marketing objectives.
• Work alongside product teams to gain a deep understanding of product features and functionalities, translating these insights into clear and engaging messaging for various customer segments.
• Collaborate with content, demand generation, and product teams to create materials such as one-pagers, web content, email sequences, and case studies.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely execution of launch activities (e.g., content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, email campaigns).
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the crypto and Web3 space to promote products, enhance brand visibility, and connect with users.
• Establish KPIs for GTM success and continuously adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
• A minimum of 6 years of product marketing experience in technology firms, including at least 2 years within the crypto/Web3 or blockchain domain.
• Demonstrated success in launching products and driving user adoption through proactive marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the wider Web3 ecosystem. Experience in competitive analysis, market research, and developing GTM strategies.
• Ability to function cross-functionally in an independent role while collaborating with a diverse, global team. Comfortable in a startup setting where priorities may change rapidly, and agility is essential.
