This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

The Relationship and Business area at Vivo is tasked with managing customer experiences and generating new business opportunities through our service channels.
• Your role extends beyond merely satisfying customers; we expect you to:
• Ensure an optimal experience for our customers at every point of contact by addressing issues, investigating concerns, and consistently delivering your best performance.
• Demonstrate dissatisfaction with the problems reported by customers, suggesting modifications to service procedures and improvements to our processes.
• In each interaction, ignite customers’ interest in Vivo's products and services by making consultative offers that facilitate the expansion of our customer base, whether through acquiring new customers or introducing additional services and products.
• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to transform a contact focused on problem-solving into a sales opportunity.
• Capability to communicate in a relaxed, informal manner while providing exceptional service.
• Possess resilience, organizational skills, and the ability to manage targets effectively to ensure they are achieved.
• Exhibit good listening skills and utilize empathy to comprehend the customer’s needs.
• A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn about Vivo’s products and partner offerings.

• Foster a positive work environment by cultivating transparent, trust-based relationships with colleagues and leadership.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma (completed).
• Full availability to work a shift schedule of 6 hours and 20 minutes (Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday), during the hours of 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
• We provide a home office option for customer service roles. To execute your responsibilities effectively, you must have an internet connection with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps.
