PR Agency Operations & Projects Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and workflows across various client accounts and internal projects.

• Generate and distribute internal project assignments, ensuring that teams have well-defined deliverables, timelines, ownership, and priorities.

• Align project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across different teams.

• Track project advancements and identify potential delivery risks, bottlenecks, or operational shortcomings.

• Assist in ensuring that client work is executed in accordance with established SOWs, timelines, and priorities.

• Proactively escalate timeline, resource, or delivery risks and collaborate with leadership to address operational obstacles before they affect client delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in agency operations, project management, or delivery management within a PR, communications, advertising, or creative services agency.

• In-depth understanding of agency workflows, client delivery operations, and resource management.

• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across cross-functional teams.

• Experience in creating project estimates, managing scopes of work, and overseeing operational budgets within an agency setting.

• Familiarity with agency project management tools such as Workamajig, Workbook, Function Point, or comparable platforms.
