This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Lead the Paid Media team, encompassing both Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Foster accountability, quality, innovation, and strategic growth within the team while promoting collaboration, training, and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with CX Managers, SEO, Web, and Leadership to ensure alignment with client objectives, operational excellence, and business outcomes.
• Spearhead innovation initiatives within the Paid Media department, incorporating AI tools, automation, testing frameworks, and process enhancements.
• Continuously assess emerging PPC trends, platform modifications, and opportunities that can enhance client performance.
• Develop scalable systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting frameworks, and quality control processes.
• Design and execute advanced testing strategies for both Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Identify avenues for improving departmental performance, profitability, fulfillment quality, and client retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the long-term vision for the Paid Media department.
• Provide direct support to PPC specialists through monthly one-on-one meetings, bi-weekly SWOT sessions, and weekly team gatherings.
• Mentor and support the professional development of PPC team members through coaching, training, and development plans.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to best practices and deliver measurable value to clients.
• Conduct timely quality assurance reviews and follow up on initial PPC strategies for new clients.
• Work in conjunction with SEO, Web, and Operations teams to align efforts on integrated client strategies.
• 4-5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
• Strong grasp of PPC best practices across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Paid Social.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube Ads, and emerging advertising platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale.
• In-depth knowledge of campaign strategy, budget management, attribution, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, and offline conversion tracking.
• Experience in building and executing multi-channel paid media strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret campaign data and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Experience in managing client escalations and driving strategic resolutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across SEO, Web, CX, and Operations teams.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
