PPC Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Create master production schedules based on work order specifications, priorities, workforce and equipment capabilities, as well as parts and material availability.

• Develop operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to fulfill production, quality, and customer demands.

• Collaborate with Customer Service to prioritize urgent and specific sales orders.

• Perform comparative cost analyses for scheduling, inventory, production, distribution, and transportation alternatives.

• Ensure that operations adhere to shipping deadlines as outlined in sales orders.

• Monitor, assess, and report on Output Reliability, OIP, UEE, and UPLH performance metrics.

• Work alongside Prepress to maintain and update master data, including lead times, color specifications, and ups information.

• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to address urgent cases, delayed orders, and ETD updates.

• Manage work-in-progress on the production floor at cut-off times.

• Revise master BOMs for new items and troubleshoot abnormal BOM issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• 0–3 years of experience in SML or a related field.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented approach to tasks.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define and implement overall requirements.

• Familiarity with process documentation and enhancement.

• Capability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries, and macros.

• Proficient understanding of relevant computer systems, including Microsoft Office and role-specific software.
