PowerCurve Collections Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and configure solutions utilizing PowerCurve Collections (PCC)

• Design and implement collection strategies and workflows

• Work on business rules, decision logic, and treatment pathways

• Execute system customizations and enhancements

• Manage API integrations with external systems

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical teams

• Assist in testing, deployment, and resolving production issues

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience with at least some relevant exposure to PCC

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC)

• In-depth knowledge of the collections domain and debt management

• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and APIs

• Familiarity with workflow configuration and rule engines

• Experience in system integration (REST/SOAP)

• Solid understanding of banking processes
