PowerApps Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and develop solutions utilizing Power Platform tools such as Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Model Driven apps, Power Portal, and Power Bots.

• Conduct functional and unit testing of applications and their components to align with customer expectations.

• Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications, with a strong knowledge of Power Automate.

• Create and maintain efficient, testable, and reusable mobile applications using Microsoft PowerApps.

• Design and implement strategies for connecting Power BI reports to data sources and assist in publishing reports for various users and groups.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other Development Team members to develop detailed specification documents outlining clear project deliverables and timelines to ensure timely completion.

• Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle.

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-scale applications.

• Experience in creating new PowerApps model and canvas-driven applications as well as enhancing existing ones.

• Proficient in understanding PowerApps formulas and development methodologies.

• Capable of designing and developing PCF components for the Power Apps Component Framework.

• Develop applications that adhere to standards for Accessibility, Security, and Performance.

• Perform peer reviews to ensure that the code meets established standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of one year of experience in building and deploying solutions with Microsoft PowerApps (essential).

• Proficient experience with relational databases, specifically MS SQL (essential).

• At least one year of experience in building and deploying reports using Microsoft Power BI.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.

• General knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and independent problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel if necessary.
