Power Transformer Crew Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the activities of field service technicians and resources.

• Conduct tailboard meetings along with safety briefings.

• Oversee the implementation of field projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Provide technical direction and support to the team.

• Address and resolve any safety incidents or concerns in direct collaboration with the Field Service Safety Administrator.

• Extensive experience with the installation, service, repair, and testing of power transformers.

• Strong leadership abilities and project management skills.

• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., electrical, safety).
