• Operations Manager responsible for supporting NIAID’s Enterprise Collaboration and Power Platform environments.
• Manages SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure API Management, and end-user support operations.
• Ensures consistent platform performance, secure operations, and efficient service delivery across BPIMB environments.
• Oversees SharePoint services, including configurations, backups, and updates.
• Automates tasks utilizing PowerShell and performs regular system health assessments.
• Manages site collections, sharing controls, app catalogs, and migrations.
• Oversees environments (Dev/Test/Prod), security roles, and DLP policies.
• Implements ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.
• Configures API gateways, enforces security policies, and manages versioning.
• Monitors and optimizes API performance using Azure monitoring tools.
• Provides timely maintenance, outage management, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintains SOPs and ensures that documentation is up-to-date in the OCICB Knowledge Base.
• Supervises Tier 1 help desk support and application performance monitoring.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Proficient in SPFx, Node.js, Power Fx, CSS/HTML/JS, and React.
• Experience with Azure API Management and API gateway configuration.
• NIH/HHS experience preferred (5+ years).
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and operational leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a small to mid-sized technical or operational team to ensure effective service delivery and ongoing improvement.
