Power Platform / RPA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement RPA automations utilizing Power Platform

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify automation needs

• Develop process documentation and deployment strategies

• Oversee the integration of cloud and desktop workflows

• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality automation solutions in a timely manner

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of practical experience in Power Platform / RPA automation

• Extensive experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows (including approvals, exception handling, and monitoring)

• Practical experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) applicable to web, desktop, and legacy systems

• Proficient in deploying automations across Development, Testing, and Production environments using solutions and ALM practices

• Experience in integrating cloud flows with desktop flows and managing run-time environments

• Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, API keys, JSON processing)

• Practical experience with AI Builder and intelligent/document automation scenarios

• Desirable experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Dataverse

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end automation solution architecture and governance

• Proven experience in creating PDD, SDD, testing, deployment, and handover documentation

• Excellent client interaction, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
