This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Sentinel Task Order and Enterprise Operations Framework Product Team on a part-time basis.
• Work alongside the Power Platform Architect and developers to make informed design choices across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop functional prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Create or adjust Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components to explore intricate technical challenges.
• Evaluate architectural strategies and offer senior technical insights that are consistent with EOF standards and reusability objectives.
• Deliver practical implementation assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Assess federated development innovations through technical testing and propose successful methodologies for the core EOF component library.
• Offer advice and help establish governance practices, including environment strategy, DLP policies, managed environments, and ALM/pipeline methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity/M365 Engineer on security baselines and CUI handling requirements.
• Guide Power Platform Developers and provide direct technical assistance.
• Engage in design reviews and lessons-learned discussions.
• Resolve complicated technical issues that exceed developer-level scope.
• Contribute to technical governance documentation, developer standards, and guidelines for citizen development.
• A Bachelor's degree accompanied by 6 or more years of experience in Power Platform development and/or architecture, or 10 or more years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Practical experience in building and designing Power Apps, including both canvas and model-driven applications.
• Practical knowledge in creating Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Power Platform governance, encompassing environment strategy, DLP policies, managed environments, and ALM/solution pipeline practices.
• Experience in assessing technical trade-offs across multiple concurrent Power Platform implementations or teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI architecture and reporting/dataset design.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration points.
• Capability to obtain and sustain a security clearance or suitability determination as mandated by contract.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to mentor developers.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise eligible according to contract stipulations.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
• Preferred: Background in Power Platform Center of Excellence or governance functions.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub ALM tools.
• Preferred: Experience within shared services or enterprise platform teams.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM integrations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with federal or government contracting and CUI handling.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or Power Fx.
