Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows that support IT and financial operations, including time tracking, demand and capacity reporting, and end-of-month procedures.

• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to facilitate IT performance insights and assist leadership in decision-making.

• Integrate and manage data from various sources (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL) to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.

• Collaborate with IT Performance and Finance stakeholders to implement defined metrics, KPIs, and data models.

• Convert documented business and reporting requirements into scalable solutions using the Power Platform.

• Identify opportunities to minimize manual data manipulation and enhance data quality.

• Ensure that all delivered solutions comply with security, data governance, and Power Platform standards.

• Develop technical documentation and materials for knowledge transfer related to delivered solutions.

• Provide regular updates on project status, identify potential risks, and communicate dependencies to IT Performance leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 5–7 years of practical experience in data analytics, automation, or IT performance reporting.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and best practices in visualization.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, particularly in developing complex workflows and system integrations.

• Experience with IT, finance, or operational data in a large enterprise setting.

• Familiarity with integrating data from platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, SQL, Datalake, or similar systems.

• Possession of Power Platform or Power BI certifications.
