This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Create and sustain applications utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse).
• Execute comprehensive data lifecycle management, encompassing create, read, update, and delete operations.
• Oversee structured data while managing access control and user permissions.
• Design and develop automated workflows via Power Automate to enhance and streamline portfolio-related processes and reporting activities.
• Construct and uphold data visualization solutions using Power BI, which includes generating dashboards and reports featuring charts, tables, timelines, maps, and similar formats.
• Craft user interfaces that are straightforward and intuitive, adhering to standard templates, design guidelines, and best user experience practices.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications and reporting layers by updating functionalities, improving performance, and suggesting advancements to current solutions.
• Conduct functional testing of applications and dashboards, identify problems, and implement solutions to ensure overall system reliability.
• Develop and test mobile-responsive layouts for dashboards and public-facing reports based on established templates.
• Create technical documentation that clearly outlines the implemented solutions, modifications, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with internal staff, consultants, external stakeholders, and system providers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of technical decisions and their implications.
• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Extensive experience in data modeling, data management, dashboard development, and application lifecycle maintenance.
• Strong understanding of CRUD operations, access control, user management, and general data handling practices within enterprise systems.
• Experience operating within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with the capability to utilize related tools independently.
• Background in functional testing, issue identification and resolution, and technical documentation production.
• Knowledge of user interface design principles, focusing on usability, clarity, and consistency in layouts and navigation.
• Awareness of performance considerations, particularly for users in low-bandwidth or unstable connectivity situations.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), including requirements for inclusive design and usability across diverse user groups.
• Comprehension of security and compliance practices such as Multi-Factor Authentication for externally accessible systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to work autonomously and cooperate with both business users and technical teams.
