This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and metrics related to cybersecurity initiatives.
• Oversee and improve Dataverse databases and Power Platform applications, including the Cyber Health Assessment Tool Suite (CHATS).
• Design and assist in the development of Power Automate workflows to optimize processes and deliver automated notifications.
• Monitor RMF and cybersecurity compliance efforts, including the status of eMASS packages, schedules, and milestones.
• Collect requirements and implement solutions in collaboration with cybersecurity leaders, program managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Create and sustain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Aid in program management tasks such as reporting, issue tracking, meeting coordination, and schedule oversight.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, and initiatives aimed at continuous process enhancement.
• Support user account administration, licensing, application assistance, and end-user training.
• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of RMF, cybersecurity compliance protocols, and/or eMASS.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a team-oriented setting.
• Preferably, experience supporting DoD or Navy cybersecurity programs.
• Familiarity with Flank Speed, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 environments is a plus.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable.
• Previous experience in Agile project teams is advantageous.
• One of the following certifications is required: CGRC, SecurityX, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, CCNA/CCNP Security, CySA+, GICSP, CND, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CISA, GCED, or GCIH.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• An active government security clearance is necessary.
