This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take the lead in the architectural design and governance of the Hub 2.0 Power Platform solution, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical standards.
• Create and implement scalable Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports/dashboards specifically designed for portfolio management.
• Architect and supervise Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles to facilitate complex portfolio, project, risk, and initiative data.
• Integrate Power Platform components with Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI, to enable AI-driven insights and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for Power Platform development and deployment.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform components, ensuring seamless and automated release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power Platform developers and administrators.
• Assess and recommend new Power Platform features, tools, and third-party integrations to enhance Hub 2.0 capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements within the Power Platform environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues related to Power Platform and its integrations.
• Over 8 years of experience in architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions within Enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• In-depth expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Experience in designing complex data models and managing security configurations in Dataverse.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in business applications.
• Capability to produce technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Practical experience in integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Azure Data Lake, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, cloud-native design, and microservices.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools for Power Platform (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (Azure AD, OAuth).
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
