Power BI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create interactive and visually engaging Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to business needs;

• Design and oversee ETL processes to convert data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data integrity and consistency;

• Enhance report performance through effective data model architecture, query optimization, and report settings;

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, gather feedback, and iteratively improve reports and dashboards;

• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs, to ensure seamless data connectivity;

• Produce documentation for data models, processes, and reports;

• Resolve any issues related to data accuracy, visualizations, and report performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Business Intelligence;

• Expertise in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);

• Proficient in SQL, with experience in databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL;

• Strong skills in data modeling using SQL;

• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English;

• Experience in an Agile work environment;

• Familiarity with Git.
