Power BI Developer – Airtable, Snowflake, SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Burundi.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs

• Develop dynamic forms, interfaces, and automated workflows utilizing Airtable

• Design and execute various Airtable Interfaces and Automations

• Extract and analyze data from Snowflake, transforming it with SQL and Airtable

• Conduct data cleansing, transformation, validation, and preparation for reporting and analytics

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions

• Construct data models and establish meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations in Power BI

• Integrate data from Snowflake and other pertinent sources into Power BI/Airtable solutions

• Enhance dashboards and interfaces for improved usability, accuracy, and performance

• Resolve issues related to data, dashboards, automation, and reporting

• Work in partnership with business and technical teams throughout the entire analytics project lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Airtable, Snowflake, and SQL

• Proven track record in executing end-to-end analytics projects

• Experience in creating dynamic forms and interfaces within Airtable

• Proficient in transforming data using SQL and Airtable

• Skilled in developing interactive dashboards in both Power BI and Airtable

• Background in data cleansing, transformation, validation, and preparation

• Experience in collecting and interpreting business requirements

• Ability to convert business requirements into engaging Power BI dashboards and Airtable solutions

• 3–6 years of pertinent experience in Power BI / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence

• Demonstrated expertise with Power BI, Airtable, Snowflake, and SQL

• Practical experience in creating dashboards and analytics solutions from raw data to final business output

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Capability to independently grasp business requirements and deliver analytical solutions

• Familiarity with Power BI DAX and data modeling is preferred

• Knowledge of Power Query / ETL processes is preferred

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts is preferred

• Experience with API/data integrations in Airtable is preferred

• Background in automating repetitive business processes using Airtable is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
