Power BI Analytics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Create and implement high-quality production Power BI dashboards and reports across various business sectors.

• Integrate and model data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, ERP systems, industrial platforms, and cloud services.

• Develop strong data models utilizing clean DAX measures and optimized Power Query transformations.

• Perform exploratory analysis on extensive datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and untapped opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert domain insights into actionable analytics requirements.

• Document analytics solutions and provide training for end users.

• Remain up-to-date with the BI landscape and contribute to the evolution of the platform.

• Assist in developing analytics capabilities across various business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development with production-level deployments.

• Proficient in DAX and Power Query (M), with a focus on performance-optimized models.

• Strong foundation in SQL and experience with querying relational databases.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to question requirements and ensure that the right inquiries are being made.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
