Post Production Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of post-production timelines for various projects, ensuring all deadlines are achieved while maintaining high quality.

• Serve as the final quality assurance layer for all edits, motion graphics, sound, and finishing before delivery.

• Lead the implementation of color across projects, ensuring a cohesive and deliberate aesthetic.

• Review edits and provide clear, actionable feedback to editors and motion designers.

• Step in to manage complex feedback or challenging edits as necessary.

• Oversee external post-production collaborators.

• Facilitate a seamless transition between internal and external teams, ensuring clarity and progress.

• Supervise file organization, version control, and delivery through cloud storage systems.

• Maintain and enhance our project repository, storage, and archival systems.

• Coordinate the final delivery of assets, ensuring all formats, specifications, and versions are accurate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in post-production, editing, or finishing roles.

• Strong editorial judgment with a keen eye for quality, pacing, and storytelling.

• Proven experience providing clear, actionable feedback to editors and post-production teams.

• Exceptional expertise in color workflows and a solid grasp of color grading techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and sound production workflows.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in managing files, assets, and cloud-based workflows.

• Calm, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across creative and production teams.

• A strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through.
