This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assess and enhance AI-generated materials focused on post-merger integration, change management, cultural alignment, business process redesign, and transition strategies.
• Analyze proposed solutions for practical feasibility, alignment with M&A best practices, and adherence to real-world integration challenges.
• Craft scenarios and case studies drawn from your professional expertise, emphasizing common challenges and success factors in post-merger contexts.
• Develop scenario variations from diverse perspectives (e.g., integration lead, HR, business unit head, stakeholder).
• Spot gaps, unrealistic expectations, or inadequate change plans in AI-generated results and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Senior-level leader in integration and change management with extensive, hands-on experience in post-merger or significant transformation initiatives.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Proven capability to advise on, lead, and implement integration or large-scale change projects.
• Proficient in reviewing change management strategies, operating models, and communication tactics.
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and capable of offering structured, effective feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week and able to respond swiftly.
