Post Closing Suspense Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, submit, and resolve all discrepancies identified by auditors.

• Audit and prepare any loan that is nearing expiration or classified as Best Effort.

• Analyze conditions imposed by investors and gather necessary documentation to facilitate purchase clearance.

• Collaborate and communicate with other departments to address issues effectively.

• Oversee pipelines to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.

• Complete ULDDs (Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset).

• Foster and maintain investor relationships.

• Fulfill all company-mandated training requirements within the designated timeframes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage loan process.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in phone and email communication etiquette.
