This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure the safe and effective utilization of Solventum products.
• Offer outpatient bedside assistance for product placement and dressing alterations.
• Propel business expansion through effective account and territory oversight.
• Recognize and address customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Provide education to clinicians, including inservice training sessions.
• Partner with prescribers to facilitate therapy orders and obtain necessary billing documentation.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Leverage clinical and economic evidence to promote therapy adoption and the introduction of new products.
• Influence stakeholders to support recommended solutions and products.
• Deliver customer support and service.
• Complete the sales training program and show proficiency.
• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and tracking utilization.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Access to a personal vehicle for company-related activities.
• Successful completion of pre-hire motor vehicle record review and ongoing compliance with Solventum’s driver policy and insurance standards.
• Capability to fulfill licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credential requirements set by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel overnight, up to 20% of the time.
• Preferred qualifications include sales quota and target achievement, experience in wound care, medical device or DME sales/clinical roles, territory management, business planning, knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, CRM experience, and formal sales training.
