This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Supervise and manage the development and effectiveness of all sales initiatives within the division.
• Recruit and lead a sales team, providing direction to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
• Create plans and strategies to enhance the customer base within the marketing sector.
• Assist in the creation of training and educational programs for clients and Account Representatives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in people management, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing individuals in a sales management capacity.
• Availability to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (both in-state and out-of-state).
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• In-depth experience in all facets of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
