This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Under general supervision, oversee the relationships with current accounts.
• Accountable for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and driving revenue from assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all products and services, fostering demand for the organization's offerings.
• Establish and nurture effective long-term relationships with a specific customer base to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate accounts, promote new business opportunities with existing clients, and elevate accounts to higher engagement levels.
• Generate demand for the organization's products and services by collaborating with National and Regional accounts.
• Hold regular status and strategy meetings with clients to assess their needs and align them with the organization’s product/service strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience, showcasing expertise in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales, OR at least 5 years of quota-driven sales experience with the same background.
• Capacity to present and demonstrate knowledge across multiple product lines.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a detail-oriented, results-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must possess a people-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on customer service is required.
• Adept at handling challenging situations positively; proficient in problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complete life-cycle projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
