• Effectively communicate to grasp client objectives in order to achieve desired outcomes.
• Proactively and promptly provide status updates on portfolio implementations.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for our Wealth Advisor Teams in the development and execution of investment strategies.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple time-sensitive projects, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Possess a working knowledge of capital markets and portfolio design.
• Skillfully align Advisor implementation goals with available investment strategies.
• Draft, support, and audit Envestnet proposals (and related software deliverables) for Wealth Management Teams.
• Understand account configuration options, including cash reserves, rebalancing frequency, and do-not-buy/do-not-sell restrictions.
• Have a working knowledge of short-term and long-term capital gains tax to assist in transitioning portfolios over desired time horizons.
• Responsible for executing standardized workflows and investment processes.
• Manage multiple portfolio implementations concurrently to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
• Offer recommendations on process enhancements to boost efficiency and improve client experience.
• Collect and accurately submit portfolio-level data for implementation and swiftly resolve any issues.
• Audit implementations to ensure outcomes align with target portfolio objectives.
• Assist in training new hires, ensuring the team is equipped to provide exceptional investment management services.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred (ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance).
• CFP® and/or Series 65 certification is required.
• CFA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry is necessary.
• Working knowledge of Envestnet, Orion, and Morningstar is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is preferred, including advanced data analytics skills.
• Proven problem-solving experience and skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative approach are required.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
