• Ensure that guidance is designed for frontline application, whether internal or outsourced (quick, clear, and easy to audit or update).
• Provide a monthly policy update summary, converting new or amended policies into concise operational guidance (including rules, examples, and edge cases).
• Create and regularly update monthly policy support resources (such as FAQs, glossaries, and decision trees) that reflect the most recent policy changes.
• Perform a quarterly review of policy documentation and present a report with suggestions to enhance clarity, usability, and audit preparedness.
• Maintain high-quality documentation across knowledge management platforms (Confluence/Notion).
• Ensure uniformity, version control, and traceability across all policy materials.
• Organize documentation for user-friendliness, scalability, and audit compliance.
• Monitor policy updates and evaluate their impact on operations (including workflows, macros, QA standards, and training).
• Create change briefs that summarize: intent, enforcement expectations, exceptions, and risk areas.
• Collaborate with Enablement to implement updates through training and hub documentation.
• Analyze QA findings, escalations, appeals, and feedback loops to identify patterns of policy failure.
• Identify ambiguity, inconsistency, and discrepancies between policy intent and operational practices.
• Suggest targeted improvements (such as updates to guidance, examples, or workflow adjustments).
• Facilitate calibration sessions among Policy, Ops, QA, and Escalations to address challenging categories.
• Define "golden examples" and create case libraries to ensure consistency.
• Reach consensus on enforcement thresholds, severity levels, and handling of edge cases.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Policy Operations, Quality/Accuracy, or Operational Enablement, or less, but with considerable transferable experience.
• Proven ability to translate policy into workflows, QA standards, or training materials.
• Familiarity with escalation frameworks, appeals, or complex edge cases is preferred.
