Policy & Claim Cloud Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the functional lead for implementations of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications.

• Facilitate functional workshops with clients and internal teams.

• Work in collaboration with Guidewire developers to design and validate technical solutions that align with business objectives.

• Provide insights on product capabilities, limitations, and industry best practices.

• Execute configuration tasks utilizing Guidewire tools such as Guidewire Studio.

• Assist in testing, training, and production rollouts.

• Guide and mentor junior functional analysts.

• Act as the main functional point of contact for client stakeholders.

• Ensure the timely delivery and high quality of functional outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the insurance sector, including at least 3 years as a Guidewire Functional Analyst or Consultant.

• Practical experience in at least one Guidewire module (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).

• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and terminology.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.

• Capability to lead functional teams and manage client expectations effectively.

• Experience with Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and Configurations.

• Guidewire certification (Business Analyst or Functional Consultant) is preferred.
