Podiatry Collaborating Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Partner with Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Missouri and potentially other states to deliver exceptional foot care.

• Act as the collaborating physician for APRNs who are offering foot care services.

• Aid in the training and development of APRNs as directed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Podiatry.

• Perform monthly audits on at least 10% of APRN charts to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.

• Communicate audit results and compliance findings to the CMO of Podiatry.

• Work alongside the CMO to provide support and resources to APRNs, promoting their success in practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the advertised market.

• A DPM or MD degree is required.

• Must hold a current and valid medical license to practice in Missouri and potentially other states.

• Experience in a collaborative practice setting is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Ability to effectively mentor and train healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and auditing processes within the healthcare sector.
