Podiatry Collaborating Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the collaborating physician for APRNs delivering foot care services.

• Facilitate the training and development of APRNs as instructed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Podiatry.

• Perform monthly audits on a minimum of 10% of APRN charts to verify adherence to established standards and protocols.

• Communicate audit outcomes and compliance results to the CMO of Podiatry.

• Partner with the CMO to offer support and resources to APRNs, enhancing their effectiveness in practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the advertised market.

• A DPM or MD degree is mandatory.

• A current and valid medical license to practice in Missouri and potentially in other states is required.

• Experience in a collaborative practice setting is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.

• Capability to mentor and train healthcare professionals effectively.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and auditing procedures in healthcare is important.
